Don’t miss the special 4-evening retreat when chaplain and workplace communication advisor Brent Anderson, M. Div., shared proven techniques for sparking conversation, leading effective dialogue, practicing sincere listening, and managing conflict. Get ready for peaceful, productive exchanges that heal fractured relationships. The formation in Christian contemplative spirituality opens us to a profound sense of the presence of God, and as our focus turns outward, we integrate more fruitful ways of engaging with others. The retreat is rooted in chaplaincy, spiritual direction principles, along with neurobiology, social psychology, and empathy research.

Brent Anderson, M. Div., BCC: As a healthcare mission integration executive and dialogue facilitator, Brent has led seminars on leadership development, ethics, human trafficking for thousands of educators, physicians, nurses, social workers, and administrators.
